Who We Are

OTS company was founded in California, USA in 2018. Our key members have decades of practical experience in the semiconductor manufacturing, packaging industry and FT testing fields.

What We Do

We provide customers with “All-in-One” test processing systems, including burn-in, thermal test and cold test, especially when the requirements of the chip for the test environment are becoming more and more stringent. Main products and services include: providing advanced IC testing and burn-in platforms, efficient thermal solutions and precise temperature control.

We hold more 20 patents in multi-countries and continue to keep pace with the times and optimize our testing and development in the field of heat dissipation.
